Record what you offer: a portrait shoot, a corporate assignment, extra retouches, an album. Build a package from your own products, with a fixed price, VAT, package contents and extras. In the quote a package is one clear line.
Standard texts and terms
The introduction, the closing and your terms are ready and you adjust them where needed. The starter kit already contains VAT rates, units, payment terms, quote texts and terms, so you can get started right away.
Paying in instalments
Work with a deposit on approval that secures the date, a balance before the shoot, or extra work after delivery. The instalments are in the quote, and later they become advance invoices and a final invoice by themselves.
Accepting online
Your client receives the quote by email, views it online or in the client portal and approves it with one click. An accepted quote immediately becomes a project, with the planning and the invoice attached.
