Live shooting with a queue
Shoot tethered with Capture One or Lightroom, with a live queue: every photo gets the right name straight away and lands in the album by itself through Folder Watch.
Headshots of a whole company, an event or a food shoot with twenty dishes: on a shoot with many subjects in a row, the live queue of Apertur Studio keeps track of who or what is in front of the camera.
Signing up and getting ready
Participants sign up with a QR code or a link and pick a free time slot themselves; full time slots can no longer be chosen. For a food or product shoot you paste your client's list, with a note per dish or product for on set.
The right name, without typing
In the live queue, click whoever or whatever is up next: the name is on your clipboard right away. Set up naming in Capture One once with the Clipboard token, and every next photo is automatically named after it. In Lightroom you paste the name into Shot Name on the tethered bar.
Into the album by itself
Folder Watch uploads your exports and links every photo by file name to the right person or dish. The album shows the name as a caption.
Your client watches live
With the live session your client sees every new capture on their phone and marks favourites with a heart, which get a colour in Capture One right away. At an event you show the latest photo on a big screen.
Several locations at once
Shoot at several locations at once, each with its own photographer, queue and sign-up QR code. In the album every location has its own section.
